GG is a pop artist who grew up on the borders of a national park, the Australian folk festival circuit and a circus school. GG’s music mixes high-energy production with themes of loneliness and distance. With tongue-in-cheek playfulness and determination, GG creates sonic collages with her lush, layered tracks, using clarinets, guitars and electronics. Her music draws inspiration from Christine and the Queens, Laura Jean, Lorde, Lana Del Rey, Mallrat, The 1975 and Grimes.
